Awesome Books By Other Indie Authors!
As an Independent author, I have gotten to know many other amazing writers. I feel that because we are all in the same boat, struggling to change minds and fighting to be seen amongst the sea of titles offered by traditional publishers, we need to stick together. So, it is my pleasure to offer you this page full of books by other talented Indies!
The titles featured below are just a peek into the wonderful world of Indie books.. I'm working on adding many more in the hopes that you will find a few hidden gems! *Please note that while I have done my best to screen the submissions for this page and sort them into age appropriate categories, I can make no guarantee as to their subject matter or any objectionable content.
Just in case you don't find what you are looking for here, I am providing a link to the
#IndieBooksBeSeen page on Amazon. Many more excting stories from authors all over
the globe are waiting there to be discovered!
Stay tuned for more additions in the near future and remember ... some of the
greatest adventures can be found between the pages of a good book!
~C.E.
P.S. If you are an author who has submitted your title for inclusion on this page and
your title is not up yet, I promise I have not forgotten! I am pretty busy, as we all are,
and I will get your work up as soon as I can. Thanks for your patience! 10/1/15

Note: These titles are all intended for an adult audience. They may contain violence or other subject matter that is not suitable for young readers. As I have not read many of these selections personally, it is recommended that parents screen these books before allowing anyone under 18 to read them.
Romance, Sports “I had always known that his hold on me was so close to absolute that it made no odds." Four Days sits at the Literary end of Romance and the Romance end of Literary. It's a simple story told well. A story of two people who grow a relationship from silence. Two people who become a little less lost by dealing with that silence. Four Days is a book of a hope. So if you're tired of the same old romance tropes and the same old romance characters then give a Luci Wijn novel a go

Go to linkSubmission Requests
I'm always looking for great new titles to add to this page. I would be happy to review a request to include your book if you can meet the following criteria:
1. You must be a Independent/Self-published author.
2. The book(s) may not be currently under contract with a traditional publishing house. If you have special circumstances, please let me know and I'll see if we can work something out.
3. Absolutely NO erotica. Romance novels will be chosen on a case by case basis. One or two heavy scenes may not disqualify you fom consideration, but if the focus of your book is purely sexual or if you have graphic cover art, then I'm afraid we are not a good match. Please understand that this is not personal. I have many young readers who visit my site, and I have to be careful what I choose to include on this page.
4. For the same reasons listed above, I cannot accept covers that depict graphic violence. I am willing to review any you are not sure about. A good rule of thumb: If you wouldn't show it to a 5 year old, then it's too graphic for this page.
5. This should go without saying, but just in case: The work submitted MUST be yours or you must provide permission from the author. If the book has more than one author, then I only require permission from one of you to feature it here.
6. No more than 3 submissions allowed per author. I do have limited space, and I would like to showcase as many of you as possible.
I reserve the right to refuse to feature any book for any reason. I also reserve the right to reverse any prior decisions about featured books at any time. You may request that I remove your title no questions asked.
If you think you meet the above guidelines, please contact me with the following for each submission you'd like to have considered:
-
Book blurb/description (This needs to be short. There is not a lot of room under each title and I'd rather you shorten and edit it than me).
-
Cover Art
-
Age/Genre Information
-
One purchase/website link

*IMPORTANT* Please include AWESOME INDIES in the subject line of your request. I get more emails than I can count, and this will help me to search for and find your submissions.
